Shipments:

We ship every Wednesday and Friday.

Ready-to-Delivery products will be shipped on the Wednesday or Friday following payment confirmation.

Pre-sale products will be made from the day after payment confirmation, and may take a little longer to be shipped.

You will receive an email with all the information regarding your order at the time of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns:

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

According to the Brazillian Consumer Defense Code, the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores has up to 7 calendar days after delivery to start the online return process at no cost. Once the process is completed, the customer will receive a refund or credit from Witchcraft Dolls to make a new purchase.
If you want to return or exchange a product, contact us via email or Whatsapp available on the website.

Exchanges:

- If the customer wishes to exchange a product, the new product must be chosen only among the products available in stock. The new product chosen should preferably be of the same value. If the chosen product is of greater value than the product to be exchanged, the difference must be paid using one of the payment methods available on the site.

- At the time of exchange, the customer must pay the price difference (if any) and the new freight for his new product to be dispatched.


Returns:

- The product must not show any signs of use or damage.

- Any products that the customer wants to return must be sent in their original packaging.

The return will be made through the Correios reverse logistics system. Please contact us to communicate your intention to return the product and wait for the correct code to be sent. We are not responsible for products returned with freight paid on behalf of the customer in default of the terms mentioned herein. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, once the steps above have been completed, all shipping costs, in case of return, are the responsibility of Witchcraft Dolls.

Attention: Witchcraft Dolls is not responsible for the packaging costs for return or exchange. Upon receiving your order, we suggest opening it carefully. In this way, the packaging is preserved in case there is a need for exchange or return. This way, you avoid extra costs with new packaging and help to preserve the planet.

All Returns and Exchanges will be settled in accordance with Brazillian Laws. No exceptions.
